Production Process Management

The factory is tidy and clean enough for production.

Finished products are inspected through procedure of 100% of products with detailed inspection or random inspection.

Units that failed inspection are clearly marked and separated to prevent accidental dispatch.

Finished products that failed inspection handled will be thrown away. 

1. How long your delivery time?

7-10 days produce, and 20 days to pack if special requirement.

2. How do you make sure food safety?

-We have an agricultural garden to prove raw materials stable, to control and inspect raw materials

-All produce procedures are strictly required, all staffs work in workshop dress overall

-All materials and finished products are inspected

-Every order before shipping abroad is inspected and able to ship if passes the inspection of CIQ

3. How do you ship?

-Courier, such as EMS, by sea, etc.

4. How do you pack? Can you use my designing package?

-Pack by poly bag (food packaging bag) every 100g 150g, 300g, 500g…etc.

Your design is also able to meet accordingly, and depends on productionfeature.

5. How long of the quality guarantee period?

-The guarantee time is 18 months.

6. How do I know your seasoning tasting before placing order?

-You can buy some sample to have a taste, we can ship you
